“Knowledgeable and well informed. Answered all questions I had then took booking quickly and efficiently. Only poor point could have maybe double checked name as taken as Janice rather than Janet.”

“The chap I spoke to was very courteous, polite and knowledgeable about the holiday. The booking was efficient and painless. One minor error was the booking was passed to Middlewich Narrowboats as 2 adults and 0 children when in fact my two daughters will be coming too. Never mind. A small blemish on an otherwise first-rate transaction.”
