“Good service - quick contact & feedback ( even during the "winter festival" period). The agency staff was freindly, and knew what the holidaymaker needed to know ( and be told / reminded)”

“your Internet sites are ok. For me it was unusual to give you the Credit card dates on a fax/pdf. Normal I would expect a complete online booking. For me as an forign customer it woul be good to get translated Informations.”

“Would have liked an email confirming details I'd just entered on the booking form as I was not aware that I would be contacted by phone later on (in my case the next day) so was concerned that I'd entered incorrect details (either my phone number or email) and had no way of checking. Other than that the service received was fine and the lady I spoke to on the phone was extremely pleasant.”

“Very friendly and helpful staff. I didn't rate very good because the homepage is not very comfortable. There are no filters, you can't sort by price or area, you can't search for a boatname or boatyard.”

Dear Mr Bown. Many thanks for your kind review. Some marinas do make a small surcharge of up to 2% to cover credit card processing charges. Others make no surcharge. “Second person we spoke to sounded very interested in our booking and was kinder with our dithering! No answer from the boatyard yet though, no info at all and we start on Friday, 5 days away. So a bit concerning. Some info about the pick up and where exactly is the boatyard would be good. We have no info at all yet.”
