“Very easy to book all explained over phone very clearly, oh so simple with all the help from the young lady.”

“Very good custOmer experience. I was assisted to find the right holiday for my wife and I through live chat. I was called back within an hour after making the initial reservation when everything was explained to me and the transaction completed. Good communication, polite and helpful at all times. No fuss, no hassle.”

“Having booked on line late on a Sunday, I received a phone call the following day to confirm all the details. The lady dealing with the call was both professional and cheerful. As I did not have my debit card on me, we arranged for my wife to call later that day to pay. As far as I am concerned everything was dealt with perfectly.”

“Abbie was very friendly and helpful on the phone. It was good to get the option to reserve the booking for 24 hours. Email confirmation arrived within a couple of minutes of the phonecall ending. A great experience.”

“Had a very pleasant experience talking to Lesley who phoned me back after what I had thought was an online booking! It would have been much simpler to have been able to do everything online - instead of which you just register your interest and Waterways Holidays phone you back the next day to confirm. You then have to download a further booking form which you have to send to the Boat yard by post enclosing a cheque! As I said, very pleasant but rather archaic and unnecessarily complicated.”

Dear Mr Smith. Many thanks for your kind review and feedback which is really appreciated. Just to confirm that a very small number of traditional Broads yacht stations choose to not to accept any form of card payment which we fully understand does make the booking process a little longer. For these few yards that don't acept cards, it is always possible to make an online bank transfer as an alternative to cheque payment. We wish you a very enjoyable sailing holiday.
