“The companies operative was very helpful giving information on the holiday. It was unusual to book a holiday in this way, being called back to make a deposit payment. All other companies that I have booked with online also accept online payments.”

“I was struggling to find a boat that best suited my needs, so I rang rather than trawling the internet. Within an hour I received an e mail detailing two options that were suitable. Booked it the following day. Very helpful. Very friendly.”

“Booking our boating holiday was very easy. It was simple to do online and when we had a couple of questions we called the booking phone number and were helped out quickly and efficiently by friendly staff (Trudi). I would use this company again and recommend them to others.”

“The website was very easy to use & has plenty of information about each holiday & boat. Our weekend break was reserved without any payment & as promised, they contacted me the next day by phone. the phone operator was also very helpful, answering all my questions in detail. Once payment was made, I've received emails with further information about our departure point & about canal safety etc. There was a form to fill in, but it's v easy!”

“I was really pleased with the help and advice Nigel gave to me. He saved me quite abit of money and I was very happy with the choice of the cruiser he found for me. I even spoke with the owners of the marina who were so pleasant and set my mind at ease. Mrs Gillian Hattersley”

“The lady was very good, she explained everything with a sense of fun. I suppose what I don't currently know is whether there is anything that would have been useful to know, that she didn't tell me. The only other thing that would have been nice was a 'if you do have any problems or questions my name is...' right at the end of the call.”

“What I like about the Waterways Holidays website is that it gives you boats from all over the country and I have ended up booking in a totally different region to where I though I wanted to go. You can also easily see the bargains. Great site”

“John called and spoke to a really nice lady who gave him lots of information about the holiday. She was very friendly, more than helpful and nothing was too much trouble.
