“Booking was easy - the chap i spoke to gave lots of advice, which i followed and was grateful he did. He made the whole experience very easy, understandable, and answered all my questions. I hope the holiday is as good!”

“First time for my wife and I on the Broads so I can say it was a very easy way to book our holiday, Lesley was great when we spoke on the phone and explained everything about what we could expect, she had even experienced the boat I have booked herself which enabled her to describe it in great detail. Hope we enjoy the experience in August!!”

Dear Miriam, thank you for your very kind review. You are given full training on working the locks when you arrive to collect your boat at the start of your holiday. You will be able to manage the locks without any problems with two of you on board your boat. Have a great holiday from all of us at Waterways Holidays

“Wonderful service! Leslie Richards was knowledgeable and highly professional and helped in reaching the choice of boat best suited to our needs. She did you proud! Abbey Bacchus followed through with ease the following day and helped resolve an administrative problem. Both were a delight to deal with. Thank you!”
