“Very easy to see what was available. Reservation ensured our preferred option was held for us until we could speak to staff the following day. I spoke to a lovely lady, who had time for a quick exchange of experience of our previous barge holiday - which was over 15 years ago! She was professional and offered good advice for our forthcoming 4 night holiday with our teenagers!”

“Very good overall, the checking was easy and quick, the boat was VERY clean and in very good condition. The instruction was very useful and we did not experience any issues during the days we were away. The return was equally simple and quick. The staff involved in everything was very nice and attentive. This is definitely not the last time we hire a boat and there is no reason to try other company as Kris Cruisers run a very good business...”

“I rang the company rather the await their call and as the number appeared to be based in Hampshire rather than in the Broads area, I wasn't sure if they would be able to answer detailed questions about the local area. Actually they were very knowledgeable and really helpful, suggesting ideal travel routes for getting to the place our boating holiday will start from, and aware of the detail of both the boat we will hire and similar boats we might have considered. A very good service.”
