“Having never been on a canal boat holiday I didn't really know what to look for but Gemma at Waterways Holidays was very helpful explaining the pros and cons of the boats I was considering and the location of the boatyard. The booking process couldn't have been more simple.”

“Super speedy service , giving an impression of efficiency . Maybe the use of my first name on the first telephone contact was a little presumptuous from a Customer service viewpoint , although no complaints and very happy so far. I hope the actual short break lives up to expectation now the standards have been set.”

“I was most impressed that the telephone was answered promptly and by a real person -- not one of these automated efforts! The lady was very helpful and was able to offer an alternative to the vessel and date which I had entered incorrectly on-line. The whole process was completed in little more than 5 minutes.”

“Having very specific requirements for our proposed holiday, I was not hopeful getting them met. I sent a tentative email to Waterways Holidays explaining that being two elderly sisters we were no longer able to manage locks, that we would like two double beds, plus a convertible one in the salon AND we would like to take our dog! I had a prompt reply and then several very helpful emails from Abbie, who was able to tell us about waterways without locks and suggest a suitable boat - and taking the dog was no problem. Perfect.”
