“The lady was very good, she explained everything with a sense of fun. I suppose what I don't currently know is whether there is anything that would have been useful to know, that she didn't tell me. The only other thing that would have been nice was a 'if you do have any problems or questions my name is...' right at the end of the call.”

“What I like about the Waterways Holidays website is that it gives you boats from all over the country and I have ended up booking in a totally different region to where I though I wanted to go. You can also easily see the bargains. Great site”

“Very good custOmer experience. I was assisted to find the right holiday for my wife and I through live chat. “Having booked on line late on a Sunday, I received a phone call the following day to confirm all the details. The lady dealing with the call was both professional and cheerful. As I did not have my debit card on me, we arranged for my wife to call later that day to pay. As far as I am concerned everything was dealt with perfectly.”

“Abbie was very friendly and helpful on the phone. It was good to get the option to reserve the booking for 24 hours. Email confirmation arrived within a couple of minutes of the phonecall ending. A great experience.”
