“We were very pleased with every aspect of the canal boat hire. Considerable time was spent by a staff member to see we understood the operation of the boat and how to negotiate the canals and locks. It was the off season hire so the heating was great and all equipment worked well on the boat. All and all a great holiday experience. Russell and Amanda, New Zealand”

“We enquired online late on Friday evening outside of office hours. We received an immediate email response confirming what we wanted to book and saying they would call us when the office was open to complete the booking. As promised we got a call from Dawn early the next morning. She was incredibly personable and helpful. We booked our holiday in no time at all. Dawn made it an absolute pleasure. We can't wait for our holiday. Huge thanks to Dawn and all at Waterways Holidays.”
