“Fairly easy to contact and book online, we would have preferred to have had the option to use Paypal Account for payment, because via our credit card we have been charged extra by our bank here in NZ in bank fees and currency conversion.”

“This is my first time of going on a canal holiday and Lesley was very accommodating and put me totally at ease. She answered all my questions and was even able to suggest a few things. I am really looking forward to my first experience.”

“I contacted a member of staff to ask some questions which were answered with no hesitation which I liked. The member of staff was very knowledgable about the boats, the area and service. Having received the answers I used them and considered which boat I wished to hire and I telephoned the following day to do so. Once again the member of staff firstly asked me if I had any questions before booking and provided me with the full cost. The booking process was very quick. Well done I look forward to my holiday.”

“Easy to deal with. The live chat service was great for answering the many questions we had trying to choose where to go. Then when I phoned the ladies were helpful and friendly. Looking forward to our trip.”

“Telephoned the office for confirmation of what was advertised on the internet and spoke with Nigel. He was able to confirm answers to the questions i had which clarified what i wanted to know and i was able to book our holiday and pay over the phone .This was followed up with an email Excellent service,would recommend it . Hoping the holiday is as good !!”
