“Very friendly and helpful staff. Found us a boat that i hadn't considered looking for on line. On line I was looking for Mon-Fri without much luck , on the phone they suggested and found a boat for Tue-Sat , perfect solution. Also, very helpful with deciding on route in the time available. Getting very exited now for our first canal boat holiday.”

“This is the 3rd booking I have made through waterways. The agents have always been welcoming and informative and meet my needs/wants for the holiday in every way. I'm bringing 2 new friends on this next trip and will continue to highly recommend to book through waterways in the future. And I have no doubt I will be back again for years to come.”
