“Very helpful. Explained every thing very easily. Thought it was a very clever way to book. Register your interest then speak to someone before you pay a deposit. Not pushy , they wanted you to be happy before you booked. All in all a very pleasant experience. Paul Hennan”

“Apart from the noise on the phone (Like a motor boat engine lol) the booking procedure was a piece of cake. Very helpful and accommodating, let's hope the rest of our experience with them is just as good. For those who don't know: You book initially online then a nice lady rings you back next day or day after to complete your booking over the phone. Prior to that though she will email you her number so you can ring them and they specify the hours when to call. It's dead easy and chilled.”

“I booked my requested dates on line and received a call back within about 15 mins. By the end of the call,the very nice lady on the end of the phone had confirmed all our details took payment and I then received all relevant e mails needed. She also told me to call back anytime if I have any questions. Now that's what I call service !”
