“Friendly knowledgeable and efficient service - The only downside was you were unobtainable several times on the phone before I finally got through”

We always try to answer every call within three rings but due to the recent record numbers of holiday bookings, there have been a few times of the day where this has not been possible. “From the first contact with Waterways Holidays, I got the information that I needed to make the booking easier. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable and keen to help me. I'm now looking forward to the weekend on the boat in 2015.”

“Very comprehensive listings and latelink is good for bargain last minute trips. Could do with online responses being a bit more immediate eg it says you can book 24x7 but it's really telepone booking the next day.”

“The booking process was quite straight forward, but as I had a question (which was dealt with over the phone very promptly) I was then asked to fill in the on line booking only to have a return call to take payment. It would have been quicker if this could have all been completed with my first call. Apart from that, the process was clean and straight forward.”

“Every thing was great except there was no parking mentioned Thought that should be done at same time as booking holiday now got to sort it out my self”

Dear Mr Lane, Many thanks for your kind review and thank you for your feedback regarding parking. At your chosen marina (Wroxham), parking does not need to be reserved and is paid for on your arrival at the reception desk. The cost of outside parking is £15 for the week. We wish you a great holiday.

“Very clear about what is included (which is pretty much everything), just had to wait until the next morning to confirm the booking by phone (booked on line in the evening), but got through straight away to very nice & helpful member of the team”

“Booked online and its very easy. You select the date and when during the week, start day etc and the boat you want to book. Then they'll call back to book it properly and arrange payment and answer any questions you have. Can't fault it. Very helpful :)”
