“The online booking procedure was easy. However, I received several responses from what I thought were different sources... it was a little confusing. However, that was clarified easily, and the rest of the procedure has been fine.”

“good site well set out more search options would be good ie .number of cabins as well as berths and show on the boat picture whether they can pass under bridges so you could narrow your search down. call centre very knowledgeable and efficent hope the holiday goes as well”

“I initially thought I would be able to book my holiday directly online which is why I rang the office to confirm the booking shortly afterwards, as my family were concerned that someone else who also provisionally booked may ring and confirm before us, leaving us without our 1st choice. The operator knew instantly when I telephoned who I was as she was just checking the booking and about to ring me. I felt the company like to add the personal touch and speak directly to holidaymakers, and I thought that was a nice touch. My family and I are really looking forward to this short break holiday.”

“The website is a bit outdated. The information about the boat basis could be better. No maps available on the website, it is difficult to figure out where exactly all the attractions are in relation to the boat basis.”
