“this will be our first experience of boating. the person who took our booking, Lesley, was very pleasant and informative. she answered all our questions and assured us of your continued support with anything we may need to ask about. the email of confirmation was very prompt as was the confirmation of our booking from Kris cruisers. as a result we are looking forward to our week on the the Lady Nicole.”

“I was quickly contacted following my original online reservation, everything was clearly explained and I was given time to check and confirm. At the point of booking I was assisted again by a very helpful lady and we are now looking forward to our holiday next year. On both occasions the paperwork was emailed to me very quickly.”

“We found Dawn ( your representative) to be extremely knowledgeable, not only with the boats, but also different areas, of the canal network of which we enquired. Nothing was too much trouble, We are already getting ready to book next years boating holiday, and you will be our first port of call (excuse the pun).”

“I like the idea of gathering basic info online but finalising the arrangements over the phone. It was a pleasant surprise to talk to a real person, and a friendly, helpful and competent one too, who spoke as if not simply going through a checklist but responded confidently to my remarks and questions. Filled me with confidence and was an experience in marked contrast with my partner's attempts this morning to book a ferry crossing with Wightlink. Online booking stumbled over the absence of some sort of password and even a telephone conversation with (?) customer service (?) failed to break the logjam. We have used another company.”
