“We found the website quite easy to manage, and the booking itself was a pleasure, with real staff who were courteous and very helpful. We are looking forward to our first holiday with "Waterways holidays"”

“From the first contact with Waterways Holidays, I got the information that I needed to make the booking easier. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable and keen to help me. I'm now looking forward to the weekend on the boat in 2015.”

“We booked a very last minute holiday (less than 24 hours before boarding our boat) and had lots of help and advice including 2 prompt calls back re: particular details we needed. The staff knew their stuff and were able to give specific advice and support plus useful extra "local knowledge" tips. Very very helpful and efficient, Thank you”

“This will be my first cruising experience, so I was very pleased for all my probably silly sounding questions to be answered very professionally, I found Colin and Trudi very polite and informative and this has given me great confidence in not hesitating asking any future questions or solving any queries I may encounter. “Booking was very easy and straight forward. The information from the website was accurate and helped us to make an informative choice of where to book, We chose Ashby Boat Company based at Stoke Golding. “Very comprehensive listings and latelink is good for bargain last minute trips. Could do with online responses being a bit more immediate eg it says you can book 24x7 but it's really telepone booking the next day.”

“Got back to me immediately by e-mail then phone after initial booking enquiry. Very friendly, knowledgable ad helpful staff. Thorough and useful information about canal boating/safety etc. sent by e-mail on same day. Very satisfied, and looking forward to our holiday - I'd definitely recommend you to friends, and use you again if we book another canal break.”
