“Website was clear and very to use. Made the booking on-line and then they called the next day (a Sunday) to confirm all the arrangements. Very friendly and efficient service.”

“Great first time experience from initial booking through reception induction and on board. Be aware that any 6foot plus passengers will find sleeping a little restrictive, so book a boat with spare berths. On board equipment more than adequate for our needs. Will try another area when next in U.K.”

“Very quick and easy over the phone. The staff were knowledgeable, helpful and interested. I provisionally booked while waiting to get confirmation on dates from family members, and confirmed and paid the deposit a few days later. I did wonder if my details would have been 'lost' in the interim as so often happens, but they were found immediately and the booking quickly completed.”

“Felt welcome and nothing was too much trouble .They answered any questions we had and put our minds at ease as this is our first boating adventure.Now looking forward to setting sail (Is that a canal boat term?)”

“Found the site easily via a search engine - found a cruiser for exactly the period required and completed the online booking form which was very easy indeed. This was followed up with a phone call to me the next day to confirm the booking had been received and subsequent confirmation emails and advice. A very easy transaction all round and friendly staff. Looking forward to the holiday now.”

“I found the advisor both courteous, honest and knowledgeable about the boats available. We were sent a what to pack list and a cruising times list however I feel that an on line map would also be helpful, I do realise these are available to purchase and would be a one time only purchase but this is our first holiday on the Norfolk Broads.”

“Very easy to book, returned called quickly. lady I spoke to was very helpful and gave us lots of information and helped us to plan and research activities to do on the way with kids. Looking forward to going on holiday and enjoying our family break. Ghank you”
