“So easy - other than making it a free phone number I cant think of any way of improving it. I rung twice and it was great to speak to lovely ladies who both had experience of narrow boating.”

“very good no problems the operator knows her stuff. very clear / easy the only problem i have had was trying to send "dawn" a photo of our dog 3 times not accepted. will post it john/anne twine”

“I booked by telephone rather than online, as I had one or two questions. The lady was very helpful and the booking was very simple. However, I would have preferred not to have given my card details over the telephone for payment of the deposit - I would rather have been given your account details to set up an online banking payment, or been referred to some other secure online payment facility. Giving card details over the phone feels nowadays like giving someone a blank cheque. Otherwise, satisfactory.”

“The staff were extremely helpful. The only reason that I have not given very good is because, initially, the wrong date was booked by mistake at your end but this was corrected immediately I contacted you.”

“The booking was quick and easy once it was confirmed the boat of our choice was available. This is done by sending a booking enquiry which we intially thought was a bit out dated. However, in hind sight it worked quite well as we found a cheaper a cheaper deal when we returned to the web site.”

“First rate, it was very helpful to have Abbie assist in doing the ground work for me not to waste time as I am in the Merchant Navy and the internet on board is very much slower than a land line. Thanks to you all that helped to get this holiday booked”

The web site is easily navigable extremely well laid out enabling you to pick the best choice of waterway holiday at a choice of locations with a full breakdown of the entire cost from boat hire fuel cost and insurance cost. making the planning of your break easy without leaving you chair”

“The booking process was very good and easy and the staff were very helpful. This included a few phone calls before we arrived . The narrow boat was also very clean, and the navigation instructions / training was very clear.”

“We required a boat that took 4 adults 1baby and 4 dogs... Waterways holidays called the boat yards individually and then emailed me the boats and company's that would accept our party. We had no phone calls to make, no chasing to do it was simple and quick. I would recommend speaking with someone and would Definatley book through waterways holidays again.”
