“Hi booked late but amazingly friendly staff at the Bath base and on the phone. Great tuition on safety plus video/book on board to refer to. Very clean, boat had everything we needed. We hired 2-4 berth for two of us would be a quash with four adults.”

“The website was very easy to use and clear. I was impressed with the efficiency of the booking process and the thoroughness and usefulness of all the documentation I was sent. The booking was confirmed quickly and the documentation contains all the information we need, including other helpful websites for downloading canal maps and local accommodation.”

“I thought it was very easy to complete the form on line and the lady that I spoke to on the telephone was very polite and helpful in answering any questions that I asked. She also seemed very knowledgeable about the area I give her 10 out of 10”

“Having made a provisional booking on the web I was phoned by Dawn who talked me through everything. She was very professional, friendly, and had good knowledge about the boat and the Norfolk Broads experience. I will certainly use this company's again for holiday bookings”
