“I discovered Waterways Holidays' website when looking for a (very!) last minute weekend break on the Norfolk Broads. I wish I had found them sooner as, by the time I called I had tried a number of boat hire companies (either by telephone or online via their websites) directly with absolutely no joy. I was pleased and surprised, therefore, to find that Waterways Holidays' website appeared to have loads of different boats available for the weekend dates I wanted. I called them and spoke to a very friendly and helpful representative, Lesley, who quickly and efficiently processed my booking and answered all my questions. I was impressed that Lesley knew the area well and was even able to point me in the right direction of local shops and, importantly for the children, the local fish and chip shop as we will be arriving late on our first night. All in all, I was very impressed with the service and the helpful confirmation e-mail received shortly after my conversation with Lesley. She also promptly answered a question I raised in a follow up e-mail. The price of the break was also good value and certainly seemed to represent a discount on the sort of prices quoted on the boat hire companies' own websites. We are really looking forward to our trip this weekend and hope the weather stays nice......”
