“The website is excellent, it takes you through the boat selection, date availability and prices with amazing ease, I actually got all my information from the website then phoned to book my holiday, the staff are very knowledgable and take you through the booking process quickly and confidently, looking forward now to my 2015 holiday.”

“Having never booked a canal boat holiday I goind the online chat with Gemma very helpful. After I booked on the website, I called and spoke to a very, very helpful lady who explained everything from boat layout and facilities onboard to routes, weather, locks and everything I needed to know. Very pleaseant booking process”

“The young Lady who rang me after my reservation, was very pleasant and had a sense of humour, dealing with me you would have to have! She I apologise as I can`t remember her name. explained and answered any queries I had. Very professional service indeed, she gave me £50 to say that , or did she”
