“Never been on a canal boat before but waterways holidays were extremely helpful and answered all my questions, the booking procedure was straight forward and easy, and I feel most important of all, was the communication afterwards was second to none, all documents/instructions arrived in plenty of time. When we arrived at the boat the staff there were just as helpful. All in all a very enjoyable experience.”

“The staff that completed my booking were friendly, efficient, helpful and knew exactly what they were talking about. Far better than talking to a call centre that treat you as an annoyance because you've bothered them, which does rather seem to be normal practice these days. It's a shame other companies don't work in the same manner as Waterways.”
