“Having researched other companies on the internet, Waterways holidays were by far the better choice. Having not book a family holiday like this before the advisor was good in covering all aspects of the booking, holiday and other relevant factors. This was followed up with an email. Awaiting the holiday now.”

“Easy to navigate the website and find what I wanted on the dates I wanted. Payment process is simple and straight forward and the whole process was explained beautifully by Trudi, who also said I could phone her at any point for further information or just to have some advice on any aspect of the holiday as she has been on the route we will likely take. As newbies to canal holidays this is very reassuring to me. Thank you! We are very much looking forward to our holiday.”

“I was very impressed by the professionalism and efficency of Waterways Holidays agent Trudi Hawes. What a credit to her profession as her information back and forth between Australia and the UK was quick as it was fit for purpose. Trudi was able to fill in a lot of our informaion gaps, morover, the infomation she supplied helped us inormously todecide on what boat and what route suited both our budget and our tourism desires. I would highly recommend the company as a result of her work on their behalf”

“Very fast AND clear answers to questions. A nice, friendly email contact which ultimately resulted in a booking. So far very satisfied; hope it stays that way until the sailing holiday. I have confidence in that. Can you also provide nice weather? HaHaHa.”
