“The help and advice given by both of the Ladies I spoke to, the first one was called Lesley and the second whose name I can't recall, was efficient and very helpful. It was a pleasure to have booked with your company. If the boat itself goes as well we shall have nothing but praise.”

“Nigel the gentleman who phoned me (on a Sunday) following my online reservation was great. He was friendly and very helpful with my booking. He chatted about our holiday and was very informative about books to buy and what to bring on our holiday.”

“From the moment I phoned waterways holidays I was pleased to have chosen them. Trudi who answered the phone was lovely, she made me feel very comfortable about our choice of boat and area. She went much further and sent me some great info on the area and especially on the Pubs along the way which I was most interested in. The whole transaction was very pleasant and easy to make a booking. I am now looking forward to our narrow boat trip tremendously.”
