“My booking was handled by Lesley who was very friendly and attentive to our holiday needs. I was impressed that she had personal knowledge of the boat we had chosen to hire and provided some great information that should ensure we make the most of the boat and experience. She was enthusiastic and personal in her approach and provided the sort of service we see less of today. Many thanks.”

“I spoke to Leslie regarding my booking and found her to be very informative regarding my booking details and the local area around the broads. She informed me of various places of interest to visit during our time on the boat, along with details of local villages and towns. I found Leslie most helpful on all aspects of my booking. “Chose holiday on line, had message/text following day - missed call - to say boat was being held for 24 hours. Had pleasant conversation to agree dates and pay. Fast follow up email to confirm. Straightforward. Most holidays/trips one can book online so was a little surprised at the process but it was all ok and was happy with how it worked.”

“Prompt responses, good helpful information conveyed at the first request. Upon follow-on conversations they remembered the prior so no need to retrace steps etc. Also offered some helpful suggestions that were unsolicited. I wish all reservation systems were this efficient.”

“The reason I didn't choose very good was because of a problem I had when first booking.The online booking had a box requesting my email address,when I inserted the details,it failed to show the first letter of the address,& despite clicking the automatic insertion of the email address this still remained the case.I then inserted the first letter myself. This led to a double L showing at your end,which resulted in you having to contact us by telephone to gain our email address. The overall service has been excellent.”

“What a great way to book a vacation! I spent quite a bit of time on the internet searching the "narrow boats for hire" web sites. This was by far the easiest one to navigate and was able to show boats for hire into next year (which is when my daughter and I are traveling). We live in western Canada so when Waterways is working, we are sleeping, and vise versa, so booking on line was the answer for us. Booked our boat and the next day we had an e-mail on how to pay the deposit and on how to register. Easy as pie. After we made our deposit my daughter and I did a little dance (we'll show it to you when we arrive).”
