“A very relaxing holiday . Ed gave us a very though run through of how to operate the boat which as novices, we greatly appreciated. Very friendly staff, great fun holiday and would thoroughly recommend”

“booking was quick and easy the lady I spoke to Trudi Hawes was one of the politest people ive spoken to she made the booking a breeze this lady is a credit to your company.”

“I have never been canal boating before so it was extremely helpful that the website covered skill levels required for different routes. As I live abroad, and had to try to match suitable flights for the booking period I needed to know the times of boat 'Pickup' and 'Departure' times. Although this information was available on the site I couldn't initially find it (It wasn't in the FAQs either). A quick message on the helpline was quickly replied to with the information required. I sent off my initial booking request and received a document which had to be printed off and then scanned to return it. (It's a good job that I have a printer and a scanner!) I felt that this could have been a secure on-line application process (the signature could have been added later). Other than that, the application process was straightforward and my booking confirmed with links to a useful video and a copy of 'The Boater's Handbook' and a handy list of what to take on your boating holiday.”
