“I first contacted waterways by online chat then continued by phone Trust was very helpful and made every effort to get us the holiday we wanted. The customer service is second to none we would definitely use them again.”

“Very helpful website showing floorplan of boats and plenty of photos (we used this company above competitors for this very reason) . Very helpful lady on the phone, polite, helpful and very accomodating! I would definitely recommend to a friend......lets hope the boat is all we hope it will be!”

“Very helpful telephone service; a couple of queries passed on to a more knowledgeable colleague who could answer the questions. Agreed to hold the booking for 48 hours to allow me time to consult/confirm ok with other crew and payment promptly taken for the amount stayed with no 'add-ons'. Websire OK(ish)”
