“Booking was easy, staff very friendly and knowledgeable. I felt like they really cared about us and they made sure we had chosen the right boat to suit our needs, which is why no money is taken until you speak directly to them. They also give lots of helpful advice.”

“Very pleasant staff, but the confirmation took 3 days to come through, we had to chase it up, the payment took 4 days to come out the account.”

Dear Mr Newbold. Many thanks for leaving us your feedback which we really appreciate. On investigation, the administrator at the boatyard was on one weeks annual leave at the time of your booking so your payment and confirmation was held securely on the system until their return when it was processed immediately by the boatyard. Please accept our apologies for any concern that this short delay may have caused and we wish you a fantastic boating holiday. Kind regards, Nigel

“Excellent. I had booked the boat on a Friday night without carrying out very much research. I worried overnight that I had made a mistake but these were quickly dissipated on the Saturday morning having spoken with the company rep. Genuinely impressed with the information provided and looking forward to an excellent weekend break.”
