“We made a reservation for a Norfolk Broads cruiser by the website. Waterways Holidays telephoned us the following day to discuss our requirements and go through the booking in detail. The staff were very friendly and helpful and confirmation from the boatyard was received within twenty four hours of the telephone call. All in all a very good experience.”

“Slightly "old fashioned", these days, in that you can't actually book or pay for your holiday online so maybe that needs updating and could do with getting better photos of the boat interiors too. Service was excellent though, with a call back next day and all booking and payment info sent through very promptly and acknowledgement of payment too. Holiday details received in the post within a week - great!”

“When I rang they seemed to be very knowledgeable about the hire fleet and recommended a particular boat to suit our requirements. The booking process was very simple and efficient online. Very good and helpful service, of course the proof will be in the holiday itself!!”
