“Viewing the boats was the worst job. Once the boat and trip was selected the rest was very easy. Email communication was excellent.”

“The service was excellent. After making the reservation on line I received a call within an hour to confirm the details and make the payment of the deposit. This was followed very shortly after with a full e-mail confirmation.”

“Thankyou Trudi. I booked a holiday boat from Alvechurch for Feb, but unfortunately the company decided they weren't going to start renting until Match. Trudi called and sent me plenty of options via email for me to view. Managed to arrange one for my required break and at roughly the same price. Excellent customer service. Many thanks.”

“Very impressed - although website not easy to navigate based on chosen canal routes, once our booking request sent I was contacted the very next morning to confirm and pay the deposit. Very friendly and helpful clear advice. Would recommend.”

“It was really easy , quick and simple to book. I had choosen a boat and the canal we wanted to holiday on. I then applied online which took 3-4 mins to fill out. I decided then to phone to confirm and pay the deposit. They already had my booking form to hand , took deposit and that's how easy it was to book.I was sent a confirmation email .”

“It was a pleasure dealing with Waterways. Nigel the consultant was so helpful and obliging. It was so easy to book. I would advise anyone wishing to take a narrowboat trip to get in contact with him and his team.”

“Staff couldn't have been more helpful. Arranging a holiday for 8 adults and 2 five year old was not easy but they did everything they could to help me, just hope they can arrange nice weather.”
