“Good and easy to understand website, the booking form easy to follow and simple to complete. The follow up phone call response was quick and absolutely excellent and helpful. All costs, and requirements fully explained. I have no problem in recommending Waterways Holidays to anyone considering a boating holiday in the UK.”

“Excellent service. Rang me immediately after I applied. Went through bits I might not have thought about. Double checked with the boat company that all my requirements were covered and rang back first thing next morning to confirm it all. Mention to Abbie Bacchus who dealt with it and deserves the praise”

“I think I could have done everything on-line but I like to talk to the people I am dealing with. The on-line application/booking information requirements were straightforward and unambiguous and once completed, an acknowledgement was almost immediate. On the 'phone the lady I spoke to was cheerful, informative, easy to talk to and obviously could take a joke (and of course, the money - it was interesting that wasn't an on-line requirement with the booking). Confirmation of everything was received on-line within a few minutes of the monetary transaction being completed (over the 'phone), together with a lot of info about the holiday. Further confirmation came direct from the boatyard together with yet more info about the boat, canal and safety stuff within 24-hours. All-in-all it was really too easy!”
