“Waterways have some very knowledgeable staff that make the booking experience easy and can answer most questions. I liked the 48 hour reserve they offered on the boat of our choice before paying the deposit.”

“Online booking process was very straightforward and then one has to talk to a representative of Waterways Holidays to pay the deposit. This is an excellent way of doing things as it gave you the security of talking to a person, asking questions, going through the hire process etc. We were also contacted very quickly by the boat operator, so within 12 hours of booking the holiday the entire booking process was complete.”
