“Thankyou Trudi. I booked a holiday boat from Alvechurch for Feb, but unfortunately the company decided they weren't going to start renting until Match. Trudi called and sent me plenty of options via email for me to view. Managed to arrange one for my required break and at roughly the same price. Excellent customer service. Many thanks.”

“Very impressed - although website not easy to navigate based on chosen canal routes, once our booking request sent I was contacted the very next morning to confirm and pay the deposit. Very friendly and helpful clear advice. Would recommend.”

“It was really easy , quick and simple to book. I had choosen a boat and the canal we wanted to holiday on. I then applied online which took 3-4 mins to fill out. I decided then to phone to confirm and pay the deposit. They already had my booking form to hand , took deposit and that's how easy it was to book.I was sent a confirmation email .”

“It was a pleasure dealing with Waterways. Nigel the consultant was so helpful and obliging. It was so easy to book. I would advise anyone wishing to take a narrowboat trip to get in contact with him and his team.”

“Very easy and pleasant to book, made an online reservation in the evening and i was phoned back the next afternoon, i even reserved the wrong boat, but that was no problem, the lady on the phone was very helpful and had a lovely manor, received a confirmation email very shortly after paying my deposit, and some helpful boating advice to boot. So far definitely recommended.”

“Really enjoyable holiday, the boat was a little tired, I think some may struggle with the toilet, but we enjoyed the holiday, it helped the weather was very good for the time of year. People along the way were always eager to help out if needed.”
