“Not having done this type of break before we were at the mercy of various reviews on the companies who can offer what we wanted. Having read the reviews we felt Waterways holidays could provide the service and type of break we were looking for. We wanted a particular type of boat to share with friends and we think we have found it with Waterways Holidays. We made calls and spoke to very friendly and helpful staff and then found and booked the boat on-line through a very easy to use website. Confirmation and lots of further details were then received by us and we are now looking forward to the break in May. So far so good!?”

“Yesaterday I booked my 2nd canal holiday via Waterways and on both occassions I dealt with Trudi Hawes. Trudi always got back to me promptly, always answered all my questions and generally dealt with my enquiries in both a prefessional and friendly manner. The whole experience could not have been made any better. I shall book with Waterways again! :0)”

“Good and easy to understand website, the booking form easy to follow and simple to complete. The follow up phone call response was quick and absolutely excellent and helpful.
