“Very easy website to book holiday. Email acknowledging booking received very quickly followed by phone call confirming about half an hour later. Very friendly staff with lots of information too about the boat etc. All in all first class service”

“We sent an email and they rang us back within 10 minutes - answered all our questions in detail, took a deposit. Once we'd handed over details, they confirmed withn hours by email.”

“Picked the boat we wanted on-line then contacted via email which said the boat would be held for 24 hrs and then ring to confirm the next day. Waterways rang the next day but we missed it so we returned the call and spoke to a very nice lady who talked us through the booking and the boat details and paid our deposit. Also the insurance was included unlike some other company's who add it to the listed cost even when it is compulsory. So all in all very pleased with ease at which we booked our boating holiday. “As a party of first timers (4 adults and 1 dog) I phoned rather than booked on line as i had a few queries regarding type of boat, route etc. Cannot remember the name of the lady I spoke to but she was extremely pleasant and helpful, totally understood our needs. Booking process was easy, small deposit taken and the balance due shortly before we go. Have been sent a couple of confirmation e mails with more details of the boats facilities and a link to a video of what to expect. Particularly liked at the end of the list of suggestions of what to take......." a sense of humour" Our group may not have many boating skills but we have that in bucket loads so rain or shine I'm sure we will have a great time!”

“I found the whole process very easy, from start to finish. I spoke to Trudi first and she was very friendly, helpful and answered all the questions I had. The second time I phoned I spoke to a man who was able to find my request and help me with payment. Email contact was clear and easy. I would definitely recommend Waterways to my friends.”
