“I found the whole process very easy, from start to finish. I spoke to Trudi first and she was very friendly, helpful and answered all the questions I had. The second time I phoned I spoke to a man who was able to find my request and help me with payment. Email contact was clear and easy. I would definitely recommend Waterways to my friends.”

Dear Mr Wharton, thank you for your feedback. Our system is directly linked to many of the major boatyards and availability is live as shown on our site. A number of smaller operators we work for are however still more manual so full online booking is not yet possible. We do also really like to talk through your holiday with you to ensure that we have offered you the best possible option to meet all of your requirements. “Easy site to use, once booked on line staff call you to confirm booking, staff very polite and knowledgeable. Haven't yet been on holiday, so cannot comment on the boat its self, but so far happy.”

“Spoke to Nigel when enquiring. Excellent manner, knowledgeable and very helpful. Didn't feel rushed and he answered all questions with total confidence and professionalism but with the right amount of warmth and friendliness. Hopefully the holiday will be the same experience.”

“Very helpful with good knowledge of boats and how suitable they were for our requirements. Came up with several alternatives for us to consider and listed pros and cons of each so we could make an informed decision. Booking process was straightforward and people we dealt with were friendly and keen for us to find a holiday we would enjoy rather than any hard sell process.”

“One of the easiest online booking's I've done, very straight forward and simple to do. Good follow up contact to pay deposit, everything well explained, very friendly and knowledgeable people to deal with. Lets hope the boat matches up, no reason to think it wont.”

“Booked a reservation on line and within minutes received a call to confirm the dates were available. I Spoke to a charming lady who was able to answer my questions and gave me information required. I made the booking over the phone and paid the deposit, couldn't have been easier.”
