“Following my initial on-line enquiry (Saturday night) we received an e-mail and couple of calls on Sunday to confirm the booking. I was unavailable at the time but clear messages and text were left on my mobile so that I could call back, which I did. I thought this was a quick response and generally it was excellent. My initial call was with a chap called Nigel and he quickly established good report. He confirmed that the boat we had in mind was available and checked to confirm full details of the dates, price, fuel, cabin layouts, dogs, insurance, any extras, etc. What I thought was special was the way he discussed my varied boating experience. Although I am a novice in canal boating he assured me that with care the canal boat experience would be ideal for the family holiday that we were planning. Nigel put me at ease. He also gave tips on where I could find extra info e.g. u-tube. So all in all an excellent start and I am looking forward to the holiday. John Turner”
