“Dawn at Waterways was very efficient but also took the time to explain all the details of the booking, arrangements and what to expect. She was also able to answer the few questions I had and obviously is very knowledgeable in this area. As a result we are now looking forward to our holiday even more. Altogether a very pleasant experience - thank you.”

“I initially thought I would be able to book my holiday directly online which is why I rang the office to confirm the booking shortly afterwards, as my family were concerned that someone else who also provisionally booked may ring and confirm before us, leaving us without our 1st choice. The operator knew instantly when I telephoned who I was as she was just checking the booking and about to ring me. I felt the company like to add the personal touch and speak directly to holidaymakers, and I thought that was a nice touch. My family and I are really looking forward to this short break holiday.”

“Excellent web site, easy to navigate. The call back was great very helpful. Just a very small way to improve you site, on the search criteria it would be helpful to put a search for how many dogs. Great experience.”

“After booking on the internet one night I received a call from Dawn the following morning. Dawn ran through the booking details in a very efficiently ,but at the same time told you everything else you might want to know or ask about . A really friendly and helpful process with some excellent advice about boating holidays on the Broads .”
