“Very helpfull pleasant experience stress free”

“Quick and easy booking form. Booked after working hours online and had a call back the next day confirming all details and payment. The emails followed within the hour giving all the details as per the booking and coming holiday. A helpful option on the search page would be a holiday price range or to sort by price but overall very happy”

“Very good but did however presume it would be a case of booking it all on line straight away including payment and or deposit. The process was abit disjointed as it involves 2 companies.... not a major prkblem though and would use again”

“This was the first time that I have booked through waterways holidays the whole experience was good. The website was easy to find and easy to navigate. The boats were better value here than on some other websites. Once the online form was filled in the company rings you back at the number of your choice to collect the payment. The lady who rang me back was delightful. We had a lovely chat and it was obvious that they love boating holidays and riverside breaks. It was refreshing to have this human element. I will certainly book with this company again.”

“Very smooth and swift handling. The only thing I would appreciate that would make it even better were if I as a foreigner (from Sweden) could pay with my normal debit card, which would save me the 2% that is added otherwise. It would also be great to have the possibility to fill in the form directly on the web and paying there as well instead of having to print out the form, fill it in, take a photo of it and send a mail with the photo of the form. Other than that; excellent service!”

“Not been on the holiday yet but booking was good, can't fault it. Made the reservation online then they called me within a few hours to get it all sorted and they where very informative, clear, polite and now its all booked up i can't wait to go! :)”
