“Finding the boat we required on the website was reasonably easy. I sent an email requesting the date and boat we wished to hire. I was telephoned back within a few hours. The rental fees were explained to me along with other important information and I felt confident to continue with the weeks rental. After payment was made another email was sent to me giving further relevant information. The whole process was quick and easy. Telephone conversation was friendly but professional. We are now looking forward to a lovely week boating on the Norfolk Broads!”

“The rrquest for feedback within 5 minutes of the booking is snit quick: in my regard it is a little more than just me entering stuff. Your part, acknowledgement, paperwork, etcetera was stille to be done and cant yet be judged.”

“Good communication and helpful advice was provided and the whole booking process went smoothly. A little disappointed at the 2% surcharge when using credit card. Had we been aware of this before payment, a different payment option might have been chosen.”

“Quick and easy booking form. Booked after working hours online and had a call back the next day confirming all details and payment. The emails followed within the hour giving all the details as per the booking and coming holiday. A helpful option on the search page would be a holiday price range or to sort by price but overall very happy”
