“First of all this must be one of the very best websites I have ever used from choosing the boat to getting information on location and options for routes. However, this is surpassed by the personal help given when I telephoned for guidance. All in all a great experience which I would recommend without hesitation.”

“I was amazed at the excellent customer service care of the Waterways holiday team. My enquiry was dealt with very quickly. The booking team are very efficient and try to fit around what the customer needs. I was amazed at how much money I saved as I had looked at various other companies and Waterways was by far the best price for an all inclusive boating holiday. The website is very easy to negotiate and the descriptions are very clear. Well done Waterways”

“The booking process was really straightforward and the girl who did the booking was pleasant, friendly and helpful. She gave me extra, helpful information and commented from her own experience. Booking didn't take long and I felt that if I needed further information I could call back at any time.”

“Abbie was the person helping me book our holiday, and they were quick to respond to any questions and helped us locate a boat suitable to our requirements. Even though we have about a 9 hour difference in time zones, we were informed as to when to expect a response. Excellent customer service. Thank You”

“Found the narrowboat I am looking for using the online portal which was easy to use and gave a good selection of availability. I then telephoned the office spoke to a very helpful operator who made the booking for me. Confirmation came through by e-mail. A good booking experience.”
