“Very friendly staff, lovely to speak to on the phone and very helpful. Would have given a better score but for one thing....the website. It looks unprofessional, dated, unappealing, busy not slick. Just comes across a bit amateurish. (I'm probably a harsh critic as I develop websites for a living) but still...you'd sell more holidays with a decent website. Time for an update.”

“We return to Waterways because the service has always been to the highest level. Whilst we sometimes use other suppliers due to location requirements, we have never had any cause for complaint when using Waterways, the staff from initial booking through to return of boat have excellent customer service skills.”

“Booking was really easy. I left a telephone number and email address to make a reservation. I had a phone call the next morning and confirmed the booking, paid and discussed the holiday and suitable literature to purchase before the holiday. Safety procedures were also discussed, as well as training that would be given on arrival at the boat.”
