“Booking was really easy. I left a telephone number and email address to make a reservation. I had a phone call the next morning and confirmed the booking, paid and discussed the holiday and suitable literature to purchase before the holiday. Safety procedures were also discussed, as well as training that would be given on arrival at the boat.”

“it was so easy to book the boat we wanted on the dates we required the young lady we spoke to was very informative and really answered our questions and was so helpful I am disabled and she totally understood my needs and explained any area I may have difficulties if the boat and holiday are as good as the service I have received so far I will be very satisfied”

“It was surprisingly easy to be able to choose the actual boat we will be hiring from the website. All the information including layout of the boat, facilities, availability and price was visibly displayed and accessible. The routes were clear and I was amazed at the quick response I received once the initial booking on-line was made. After making the reservation further information was sent through immediately and was very informative. We are now very much looking forward to our first narrowboat experience! Sheila Styler”
