“this is the first time ive booked a boating holiday and the first time ive booked with waterways holidays they were very pleasant and informative and seemed to be reliable and honest with all my questions . so far im very happy with the way ive been treated and look foreward to my holiday in september ! ....jeff simons .”

“We were very impressed how quickly the company responded to both our email and telephone enquiries. They then made further helpful suggestions over the bed lay outs etc. To say that we are complete novices in the boating holiday area we feel we have been very well supported through the process. We would not hesitate to recommend them.”

“I completed the on-line application, received email confirmation and phoned to pay the deposit - a very smooth, process. Thereafter, all the details needed for the holiday arrived by email almost immediately. Waterway Holidays were efficient, very polite and a delight to deal with; I'd certainly use them again and recommend them to others.”

“I booked our holiday late on a Sunday afternoon. I did not expect them to call me as it was close to 4:30pm, but they did! The lady on the phone was very friendly and full of information and advise (its our first boating holiday). She took the time to answer all my questions and was not rushed, even though it was past her end of working day. Great service, great booking experience!!”
