“The lady on the phone was extremely helpful as this was our first canal holiday. She talked me through the options and suggested the trip she thought would suit us all the most. Fantastic help and really looking forward to the holiday next week.”

“The lady I spoke to covered almost everything but at the end despite trying 3 or more times to say 'there is just one more thing' she chose to ignore me and carry on with her pitch, finally cutting me off saying goodbye as I was still trying to stay 'just one more thing' Very rude I thought.”

“Inquired about a boat on the Friday, spoke to a guy who was extremely helpful, booked by phone on the Saturday , subsequently received several e.mails containing everything we need to know. Looking forward to our break.”

“Website can be confusing when trying to book esp when there are no grade system or not enough pictures inside talking to the operators is better and easier.. Maybe a review system on each boat might help people when choosing”

Dear Mr Elerton, Many thanks for your feedback. We show the grading system where a boat has been inspected but not all operators choose to participate in the official scheme operated by VisitBritain. The boat information provided is always direct from each boat operator and includes every available photo of each boat.
