“Very pleased with the help I had in choosing and booking our boat. The lady I spoke to was patient and cheerful, I never felt rushed. Now if you could just make sure we get a bit of sun it will be perfect. Thank you, Alice x”

“Quick and easy website. Reserved online and received a call back the next day. The lady who called was very good. Very professional and friendly service. I have had many boating holidays on the Norfolk Broads. We will certainly look to us waterways again in the future.”

“Excellent process. Website is very easy to use and I also phoned up beforehand and spoke to Dawn (I think that was the ladies name) to ask a couple of questions. She was so helpful and clear in her guidance. Once booked, I received a phone call from Abbie informing me of what I had to do next. The process of confirming and paying was also excellent. I am delighted with the service all round, especially the staff who were most helpful and informative. Many thanks indeed.”
