“Excellent service. I cannot praise Waterways too highly, I left a message with a query at 9pm and received an answer from Abbey at 10.30 the next morning. I called again at 6pm after work and Gemma took my booking. both girls were very courteous and friendly, nothing seemed to be too much trouble for them. I will definitely book with Waterways Holidays the next time I have a holiday afloat.”

“The booking process was very easy, I provisionally booked a boat on line and then the very next morning someone called me back to confirm all the details. Looking forward to our short break away now.”

“I found it a bit strange that we didn't need to input our payment details when we completed the booking form. However the following day a lady rang who was very friendly and answered all my questions and then took our payment details. So all round good experience.”

“The online booking system was straightforward and easy to understand. Contacting the office subsequently for confirmation of the booking and some additional information, I found the staff very helpful, friendly and efficient. If the holiday itself goes as smoothly as the booking process I shall be delighted.”

“well so far only booked but not experienced , but I have to say when booking the staff could not have been more helpful or kind . Explained down to the last detail the expectations and even the local shopping areas. If the holiday is a fraction of the service then I am well impressed”

“Disapointed that our original choice was unavailable due to an incident with the boat which has put it out of commision for the season. The boat should have been withdrawn from your advertising for such an extended period of unavalabilty. You offered an alternative vessel based on our original choice, however it was fortunate that I carfuilly checked the alternative offered as there was no option for 240v which was a key descision on our original choice. Had we arrived for our holiday to find the 240v was not available on the alternative offered we would have had no option other than to abort our holiday which would no doubt have led to a very ugly dispute.”
