“Found it nice to book on line but then have a phone call for the payment”

“First phoned up about a query on a boat that we liked. Query answered quickly and efficiently. Filled the booking form online which was straight forward. You got back in touch like it stated , within ten minutes, excellent !!”

“excellent advice from three different members of the team for a tricky booking for 16 of us over 4 boats...very efficient, called back when they said they would - I would highly recommend them, and I am a tour operator myself!”

“Quick and easy website. Reserved online and received a call back the next day. The lady who called was very good. Very professional and friendly service. I have had many boating holidays on the Norfolk Broads. We will certainly look to us waterways again in the future.”
