“I made an evening call, office closed, left a verbal message, office rang back next morning, booking confirmed, paid and that's it, pleasantly simple, sadly: increasing rare to find nowadays , cheers :-)”

“Great comunication and everything was dealt with very fast and we had our holiday booked and paid for within a day, also we where given ample information on everything we would need to know including a DVD showing what to do on the canal and locks, looking forward to the tution and enjoying our holiday, well done.”

“Have not taken this type of holiday before and needed to ask quite a few questions. The staff were extremely helpful. which gave me confidence to book a boating holiday on the Norfolk Broads.”

“I filled in an on-line booking form and within a couple of hours I had a phonecall from Waterways Holidays to confirm all the details and to take a deposit payment. All in all, a very friendly and efficient service. Looking forward to the holiday now!”

“I would definitely use this company again, they were super efficient and any questions I asked were answered with knowledge and know how, making me feel that the young lady I spoke to had been on one of these boat trips herself. That is what convinced me to book. Gemma was just lovely to talk to and I definitely bought into her, which is what it is all about.”
