“I found Waterway holidays very very helpful over the phone. I do think that there could be some improvements to the search function on your website to enable you to look more easily for the right holiday. it is difficult to sort and filter when you get a high amount of search results.”

“The response to my Sunday night reservation was excellent 10.30 Monday morning i received a phone call from a very polite and friendly young lady who handled the booking details in an efficient manner, the paperwork came through shortly afterwards. This is the kind of service which makes me return to a company time after time.”
