“Being on the opposite side of the time clock made things a little difficult but once the e-mail were synchronised it was not difficult to organise the booking from the opposite side of the World.”

“I chose to book by phone and was answered quickly. The person was friendly and efficient and answered all my questions. The only reason I have not give you very good is because he said I'd confirmation the next day - and it took 2.”

“Both Trudy on my initial call making enquiries, and Abby, who took my call to book the holiday were pleasant helpful people. I explained my situation and was given various options. I'm happy with the information given, and how the booking was handled. If I think of anything else I need to know, I feel I can ask at any time. Assuming the holiday is successful, I would use Waterways Holidays again.”

“Booking our boat was easy. We got an email right away confirming the online booking. We also emailed several times with questions and received answers very quickly. They were anxious to help with any concerns we had.”

“All very smooth, quick email comfirmation. All I would say is that it is not obvious during the booking process that the payment will be taken over the phone and as I wasn't home when I booked it meant that I missed the call and had to ring back after the weekend. However, a minor detail to a good process.”
