“The service from Waterways holidays was excellent. The staff are all very helpful and this is the second time we have booked through them.”

“First timer to this type of holiday. Found the info on the website very good and booking easy. Contacted the next day for payment and was asked if I had any questions about the holiday. Was given good advice by a lady who knew the area and was a boater herself. Which trip would be suitable, suggested itineries, how long things take, which guidebook to obtain, and links to pub lists and a waterways blog! Couldn't fault the booking process at all. Hope the holiday is as efficient and care free - well, I did say hope! Steve J, Preston”

“In this age of online anonymity, it was unusual for me to receive a call back to finalise my booking. However, it was a very pleasant experience with Lesley - I believe - adding additonal useful information in a professional but very friendly manner. I came away feeling I'd made a good decision by booking with this company.”

“Filled in booking form for a boat quoted on the website. Was contacted next day to be told boat was actually unavailable. Initial disappointment was countered by the great service from Gemma, who sourced suitable alternatives and got back to us very quickly.”
