“The Desktop website and booking system are great, after placing the order someone called me within 10 minutes to take payment and advise me on the details of the holiday. The mobile site ( Whilst still adequate) could do with more search critera, such as a filter on price, relevence, length of boat.”

We have now added a full sort function to the mobile site holiday results and look at improving our mobile site even further in due course. “Waterways sent confirmation of request immediately, then phoned first thing Monday morning. Lady very friendly, checked booking etc before asking for deposit/payment. They then sent email confirmation. However, a week later and I've not received any contact from Oxford canals who operate the boat I've hired which doesn't appear encouraging.”
