“I found the booking process easy and efficient. When confirming and paying my deposit I found Gemma to be very friendly and knowledgeable about Braunston and the surrounding area.We are looking forward to our holiday and hope that we will have sunshine this year.”

“The customer service I received when booking my holiday was excellent. The lady was very person centered and had a good knowledge of the boats and where I would be travelling to which helped to paint a picture of where I would be going. An excellent experience! I will definitely book again!”

“It was easy to make the holiday search and initial booking online. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the office was open on a Sunday so I could immediately confirm the booking, pay my deposit and ask any questions, which were promptly answered. The paperwork, which has been emailed to me seems very comprehensive. I rate the booking experience "excellent".”
