“We left it late to book but the web site was easy to follow , once we had decided on the craft we contacted Waterways by phone and spoke to Dawn , all the details were explained and any questions we had were answered . Thanks for great service . John”

“Very prompt response to original enquiry and very helpful, friendly customer service when I rang to confirm the booking. The information provided is also very comprehensive and informative which, as a complete novice to boating holidays, is a big help too. Very much looking forward to it!”

“Booked online and its very easy. You select the date and when during the week, start day etc and the boat you want to book. Then they'll call back to book it properly and arrange payment and answer any questions you have. Can't fault it. Very helpful :)”

“Lovely lady who rang me back within 15 minutes of my initial (on-line) reservation and was able to confirm all my details very quickly and painlessly. We have hired various boats on both The Broads and The Shannon previously and this has been by far the best and most helpful reception so far. I'm hopeful that the boat and collection will be as good as we are now looking forward to this trip greatly!”
