“I booked a holiday in 2014 for Summer 2015 and all my emails and questions were answered and dealt with in a timely and efficient manner. The booking process was quick and easy and an email with all the details was sent soon after, giving peace of mind that all was in order.”

“Very prompt response to original enquiry and very helpful, friendly customer service when I rang to confirm the booking. The information provided is also very comprehensive and informative which, as a complete novice to boating holidays, is a big help too. Very much looking forward to it!”

“Booked online and its very easy. You select the date and when during the week, start day etc and the boat you want to book. Then they'll call back to book it properly and arrange payment and answer any questions you have. Can't fault it. Very helpful :)”

“Lovely lady who rang me back within 15 minutes of my initial (on-line) reservation and was able to confirm all my details very quickly and painlessly. We have hired various boats on both The Broads and The Shannon previously and this has been by far the best and most helpful reception so far. I'm hopeful that the boat and collection will be as good as we are now looking forward to this trip greatly!”
