“I rang Waterways to ask for advice, rather than simply booking online, since I have never visited the broads. The lady I spoke to answered all my queries with great patience and recommended the type of boat which was most suitable for our needs (which was quite different from what I thought would be best for us). This gave me confidence to book straight away, happy in the knowledge that we had made the most appropriate choice. Most friendly and helpful!”
