“From the initial telephone call enquiring the hire of a cruiser for the month of August this year I couldn't have asked for a more helpful and more informative lady ( sorry I can't remember her name) . I had a lot of boxes to tick regarding our holiday as I have my elderly mother which I am treating to a very special treat as she has not been well after some surgery earlier this year coming ,every request I made was met with politeness & understanding of the situation. Several years ago we hired a cruiser from another company on the broads and to be honest was very disappointed with the boat and overall cleanliness of the bedding etc we were given to use so are hoping for better luck this time as both my mother and I love the norfolk broads and the whole boating experience .”

“Very friendly staff. This was the second time I used this company to arrange our holiday and all information was provided quickly and efficiently. Would recommend using this company. Their website is so easy to use being able to compare boats, routes and facilities.”

“What you appear to lack: 1. An infuriating answer machine with a plastic voice that is guaranteed to send callers in ever decreasing circles before you get to speak to a real person. 2. Irritating musical jingles to keep you frustrated while you are connected to someone who then makes sure that you listen to the same track again.....and again....... until you are connected to someone who still can't deal with your needs. What you appear to have: 1. Sufficient staff to make sure that calls are picked up promptly 2. Staff who have the geographic and product knowledge to deal with questions. 3. Good interpersonal skills and telephone manners Well done: Lesley, Gemma, Abi and Dawn”

“The reply to my e mail enquiry was prompt and helpful The follow up information was clear and pointed out items I needed to consider about the characteristics of the boat. They were happy to let me think about it-not pushy-but I booked there and then Great service as a first time boater.”
