“The online system was very easy to use and the details of the boats helped to decide which to book. We also found the information on possible routes for different lengths of holidays good. The telephone call from the company came within the time promised confirming the booking and the process of booking was very easy.”

“All dealt with on the telephone, but was unable to get on line confirmation and payment after booking on line. Did not realise you were an agent, would usually book direct.”

“It was easy to fill in the form when I send my request of booking. Then I had a wonderful phonecall with a nice lady to confirm the booking and fix the first money to pay. (Excuse my english, hope you understand what I mean. It is rather hard to express my self) Kind regards Berit Wickenberg”
