“This was our first booking of a canal boat. The customer representative who called me back to confirm the booking was very knowledgeable and professional. It was clear that they personally enjoyed going on these types of holidays themselves and so knew a lot about what the boat would be like and able to answer my questions about taking my 19 month old son with me. Very helpful and professional.”

“I can only review my experience of booking as I haven't had the holiday yet. I have found booking very easy and my dealings with the staff have been very pleasant. They were very patient when I accidentally gave them the wrong card details, causing the payment to 'bounce', resulting in a number of telephone calls and texts and, of course, their having to resubmit the payment request.”
