“The website was helpful and informative. It was just a shame that confirmation of booking couldn't be provided through website, but I can understand the limitations. As I hadn't heard anything and wanted to conclude my plans I called the number on the email sent when submitting the booking request. The person I spoke to was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, giving a very positive impression. Confirmation of booking followed promptly, as did the confirmation from the boatyard. Overall, very impressed and pleased with the service.”

“The dates were really flexible and ideal for a long weekend break. It was great to find a local barge experience. We didn't manage to answer the next day phone call back (on Easter Sunday, bless them) but when I did manage to phone and pay my deposit a day later, I found the company a pleasure to deal with - pleasant, friendly, organised, very knowledgeable about the barge holiday experience and reassuring (particularly with regards to the 'no need to go through 32 locks).”

“What's to say? I booked a boat on line, then phoned to pay the deposit, spoke to a very nice friendly lady, who then e.mailed me all the details. Quick and easy!”

“Excellent advice from Trudi Hawes. The booking procedure was very easy , the service was polite and courteous. The attatchment pdfs of the "Boating handbook" and " What to take on Board " are very helpful and I have sent a copy to my fellow crew members. Looking forward to the holidays now . Thanks Ken”

“All the information i needed to decide which boat to book.Different search criteria covering the options i needed. Only issue was that some of the boats had no grading and having booked a 3 star on one holiday, it is relevant if you are fussy about the age and condition of the boat you book. We tend to go for 4 or 5 star boats now - perhaps if the boat age was included in the information although appreciate this is not always an indication of condition.Otherwise once booked, emails arrived next day and confirmation telephone call conducted expeditiously.”
